From in-person training to scalable online education.
Intensive Code started as in-person training. Much of the value came from taught sessions and close contact with the students.
When the program later went fully online, I started from the content and teaching that already worked. What changed was how the program was structured and delivered. Structure, progression, exercises, feedback and support were rebuilt so quality no longer depended on more teaching hours.
The goal is the same one many corporate trainers face today: take on more participants without delivery time growing at the same rate.
The result was a scalable model. Student quality and outcomes improved, and the program could be delivered entirely online.
