About this policy

This privacy policy explains how Pleybook collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit pleybook.com or get in touch with us.

We only collect the information needed to answer enquiries, book walkthroughs and deliver services to clients.

Controller

The controller is Pleybook. You can reach us at info@pleybook.com.

What we collect

The website has no accounts, no newsletter and no form of its own. If you are only reading the site, we do not collect your name, email address or other contact details.

If you book a free walkthrough, the booking is handled by Calendly. Calendly then processes your name, email address, the chosen time and any details you add to the booking.

If you become a client, we process the information needed for the agreement and the work, such as names, email addresses, company name and material you send us. That is also covered in the written agreement.

Our hosting provider may process technical logs, such as IP address, time and browser information, to run and protect the site.

Why we use the information

Booking details are used to schedule and run the walkthrough, and to follow up on the enquiry. The legal basis is steps before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in handling enquiries.

Client information is used to perform the agreement, invoice and provide support.

Technical logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.

Who receives the information

We do not sell your information.

Bookings are handled by Calendly. The website is hosted by Vercel. They process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services.

If you follow a link to LinkedIn or another external service, that service's own terms and privacy policy apply.

How long we keep it

Booking details are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and a reasonable follow-up after that.

Client information is kept during the agreement and then for as long as accounting rules or other legal duties require.

Technical logs are kept for a short period, only as long as they are needed for operations and security.

Transfers outside the EU and EEA

Calendly and Vercel may process information outside the EU and EEA. When that happens, the transfer should be covered by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for access to the personal data we process about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, and in some cases to have data erased or processing restricted. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest, and in some cases ask for data portability.

To use these rights, contact us at info@pleybook.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Cookies

Pleybook does not set its own cookies for analytics, marketing or tracking.

The site may use necessary technology to function, for example to show the right language. The hosting provider may also process technical information when the page loads.

Changes

We may update this policy when the business, the technology or the law changes. The latest version is always on this page.
